Who’s top dog?

The top three largest global players (IWG, WeWork, Servcorp) represent only 18% of the total flexible workspace market.

The US Market

Across the board, the US is the largest market with over 80 million square feet of flexible office space.

CoWorking is a tech thing

Not at all, many spaces are set up for specialties, but there are also those where you can blend & mix with other industries within the same CoWorking space.
